These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ethano Finance SARL (“Ethano Finance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) platform, services, and the acquisition, use, and transfer of the Ethano Finance ERC20 Token (“ETHANO Token”), issued on the Ethereum blockchain.

By interacting with our token or platform in any way, including purchasing, holding, or transferring ETHANO Tokens, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from participating in the ETHANO Token ecosystem.

2. Legal Disclaimer

NOT AN INVESTMENT PRODUCT:
The ETHANO Token is a utility and governance token intended to operate within the Ethano ecosystem. It is not a security, investment contract, share, or any form of regulated financial instrument in any jurisdiction.

NO GUARANTEED RETURNS:
Purchasing or holding ETHANO Tokens does not entitle users to profits, dividends, or returns. Value fluctuations are inherent and are not guaranteed or supported by the company.

3. Eligibility

To use the services or acquire ETHANO Tokens, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  • Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where purchasing or holding utility tokens is prohibited by law, including U.S. sanctioned countries;

  • Have full authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Token Use

ETHANO Tokens may be used for the following purposes:

  • Participating in decentralized applications or governance;

  • Incentive rewards or affiliate programs (if and when offered);

  • Paying for certain fees within the ecosystem.

The token has no intrinsic monetary value outside the Ethano ecosystem.

6. Risk Disclosure

Purchasing, holding, or trading tokens involves substantial risks, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of funds due to token price volatility

  • Security risks from third-party wallets or smart contracts

  • Regulatory changes that may impact usage or legality

  • Loss due to human error, software bugs, or cyberattacks

By participating, you accept full responsibility for all risks involved.

7. Wallet Responsibility

You must use a non-custodial Ethereum wallet that supports ERC20 tokens. We do not take custody of user wallets or funds. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and wallet credentials.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ETHANO Tokens or our services for:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing;

  • Circumventing sanctions or legal restrictions;

  • Fraud, scams, or Ponzi schemes;

  • Any illegal or unethical activities under applicable law.

We reserve the right to block access, reverse transactions (if possible), and report to authorities if violations are suspected.

9. Compliance & KYC/AML

Ethano Finance may request identity verification (KYC) or perform AML checks before allowing full access to certain platform features or services. Failure to comply may result in restricted access or forfeiture of participation rights.

10. Token Distribution & Pricing

ETHANO Token sale and distribution phases, including pricing, bonuses, or limits, will be published transparently on the official website. Phase pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice, especially due to market or platform upgrades.

11. No Refund Policy

All ETHANO Token transactions are final. Due to the nature of blockchain, no refunds or reversals will be processed after tokens are sent, unless mandated by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software associated with Ethano Finance are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without explicit written consent from Ethano Finance SARL.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ethano Finance SARL shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or data

  • Platform downtime or performance issues

  • Unauthorized wallet access

  • Third-party hacks or smart contract exploits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for ETHANO Tokens.
